Premium Service Phone support 

We know that when you depend on our POS service, the last thing you want to do is begin searching for tech support answers on a website, or guessing at the best way to solve a problem, hoping you have taken the right approach.

As such, we consider on-demand phone support critical to a smooth ongoing relationship with all our clients. The last thing we want is for any client to hesitate to call us, or failing to obtain all the information they need, as they try to minimize per-minute costs.


Our Premium Service contract members have peace of mind with all the monthly phone support they need, at a fixed, predictable monthly cost. In addition to unlimited support for software use, they get access to a member-only database of software tips, instructions, and FAQs.


Beyond technical support, Premier Service also includes:

  • Extended hours for emergency service (disruption of doing business, like a register failure to operate, which cannot be otherwise remedied), from 7 am - 11 pm instead of 10 am – 6 pm

  • 45% discount for on-site installation and services during regular hours, and a 30% discount after hours.

  • Free program updates to the latest versions available. (New features in the core software, excluding any custom software modifications or modules sold separately)

  • Free Basic Reports Updates

Basic Service Phone Support

Our Basic Phone Support package is available from 10am - 6pm, in 10-minutes batches. This package is recommended only for clients who anticipate less than 20 minutes of monthly support, after which the Premium Support package is more cost-effective.
